Please read these terms before booking an appointment with Amina Shamsi at Osteoxfit. By requesting a booking you agree to the terms set out below.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm all appointments. The remaining balance is payable on the day of treatment.
Amina will confirm your appointment and send payment details once a time is agreed. Your appointment is not secured until the deposit has been received. Payment details will be provided at the time of booking.
To cancel or reschedule, please message Amina directly on WhatsApp or by email. Notice is measured from the time your message is received.
Missed appointments (no-shows), where no notice is given, will be charged in full. This policy exists to protect appointment availability for all clients.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date health information prior to and during treatment. This includes any changes to medication, recent surgery, new diagnoses or other relevant health changes.
Withholding relevant health information may affect the safety and appropriateness of treatment.
While every effort is made to provide the highest standard of care, treatment outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Osteopathy is not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment from a qualified medical doctor.
Treatment may be modified or declined if Amina deems it inappropriate or unsafe for a particular client at any given time. This decision will always be made in the best interest of the client.
Appointment times include consultation, assessment and hands-on treatment.
Mobile appointments are subject to location and availability. Additional travel charges may apply outside the core Chelsea, Fulham and Kensington area. This will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable is the price agreed at the time of booking. Any changes to fees will be communicated to existing clients in advance.
All personal and medical information shared with Osteoxfit is treated in strict confidence and stored in accordance with UK data protection regulations, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Information is used solely for the purposes of providing osteopathic care and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Amina Shamsi M.Ost is a registered osteopath with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC No. 10504). Osteopathy is a regulated healthcare profession in the UK under the Osteopaths Act 1993. The GOsC sets and promotes standards for osteopathic practice.
Osteoxfit is a women-only practice. Amina treats women exclusively across all stages of life.
