Before you book.
Do I need a GP referral to see an osteopath?
No. Osteopaths are primary healthcare practitioners and you can book directly without a referral. Many patients come having already seen their GP, which is fine, but it is not a requirement.
Is this practice really women-only?
Yes. Osteoxfit is a women-only practice. This is a deliberate decision. Amina has found that treating women exclusively allows her to give better, more focused care, and patients consistently say the environment makes a real difference to how they feel during treatment.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on the condition and how long it has been there. Many patients notice significant improvement within two or three sessions. Amina will give you a realistic picture at your first appointment and will not keep you coming back longer than you need to.
