Before you book.
Which massage should I book?
Sports massage suits tight, overworked muscles and training recovery. Medical massage is for a specific pain or problem area. Pregnancy massage is adapted to each trimester. If you’re not sure, message Amina and she’ll advise.
Why have a massage with an osteopath?
Because it starts with an assessment. Amina understands how muscles, joints and posture work together, so the massage targets what’s actually driving your tension, and she’ll tell you if osteopathy would help more.
Will it hurt?
It shouldn’t be more than you’re comfortable with. You can ask for lighter or deeper pressure at any time.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothing. You’ll be covered with towels throughout, and Amina will always explain what she’s doing first.
